Appliance Factory To Open First Store Outside Of Colorado In Ohio

Columbus, OH — CASTO, one of the country’s leading real estate organizations, recently leased 37,000 square feet of retail space to Colorado-based Appliance Factory. The showroom will be located at CASTO’s Sun Center shopping center on Sawmill Road, and is expected to open in the coming weeks.

Earlier this year, hhgregg announced plans to close retail stores including their space at Sun Center. The 37,000 square foot box was highly sought after due to its location and visibility on Sawmill road.
