Morrisville, NC — Today, CASTO, one of the country’s leading real estate companies, announced a new wave of retail tenants along with a new multi-family development will be joining Park West Village, their 100-acre mixed-use development situated at the southwest corner of Cary Parkway and NC-54/Chapel Hill Road.
Zales, Fleet Feet and Pink Magnolia have joined the center’s strong fashion scene in The District at Park West. Zales and Fleet Feet are now open with locally-owned southern apparel store Pink Magnolia opening Fall 2016. Cute Buttons, a local gift store offering stationery, candles, and wedding accessories will also join the mix later this year.
T-Mobile and The Joint joined Phase II at Park West Village in late Spring. The Joint provides routine wellness-based chiropractic care for the entire family, while its neighbor T-Mobile continues to expand the reach of their wireless network to the Morrisville area.
Adding to the center’s dining options are Cantina 18, Kilwins, B.Good, and Starbucks. Cantina 18 will feature fresh and locally-inspired Tex-Mex cuisine prepared by chef and proprietor Jason Smith. Their 3,000 square-foot Park West restaurant will be their second location in the Triangle area and is set to open early 2017. B.Good is a farm-to- table concept featuring food from local North Carolina growers and serving grain bowls, seasonal salads, burgers and baked fries. Kilwins, B.Good, and Starbucks will open Fall 2016.
