Aaron Bouldin
VP, Casto Communities | Columbus
Aaron, Vice President of Casto Communities Management, Inc., joined Casto in 2002. In this capacity, he is responsible for the company's residential management division and oversees the day-to-day operations, marketing and employee and owner matters. He has been in the multi-housing industry since 1993 and is a Columbus, Ohio native. Aaron also serves on Casto's Operating and Investment committees.

George Brown

George Brown joined CASTO in 2004 where he serves as the Director of management information systems and he is a member of CASTO's operating committee. Brown graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Brown relocated from Connecticut to the Columbus area in 1991.

Shannon Dixon
Regional EVP, Development and Leasing | CASTO Southeast Realty Services
Shannon Dixon joined CASTO as Vice President of Leasing and Development for the Carolina operations. With over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, Dixon's prior roles included management of retail leasing, asset management and development. Dixon is licensed in both North and South Carolina, holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from Radford University.

Steve Harper

Steve Harper has been with CASTO since 2004. Prior to joining the organization, Harper worked as in-house real estate counsel for Wendy's International, Inc. Harper attended Juniata College, located in Pennsylvania and Ohio Northern Law School in Ada, Ohio.

Paul Rutledge
Executive Vice President, Operations | Sarasota
Paul is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Casto L.P., located in Sarasota, Florida. Paul has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Paul is certified by ICSC as a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Shopping Center Senior Manager (SCSM), Paul has particular expertise in acquisitions, sale, management, leasing and re-development.
Paul currently sits on the Florida Redevelopment Association Board of Directors, Co-chair of the Diversity Committee and the Energy Committee. Paul also sits on the Florida ICSC Board. He is a past member of BOMA, Board of Commerical Realtors and Ethics Board of Society of Commercial Realtors and Rotary.

Cheri Shirey has been with CASTO since 1996. Prior to joining the organization, Shirey worked as Director of Financial Reporting & Budgeting at Big Bear Stores Company and Manager at Deloitte & Touche. Shirey attended Miami University in Oxford, OH and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Lindsey VanMeter
Director, Human Resources
Lindsey joined CASTO in 2005 and was named Human Resources Manager in 2011. Her responsibilities include leading the daily functions of the HR department. Lindsey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, cum laude, from Capital University. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a member and VP of Communications of HRACO and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Donna joined CASTO in 1999 and has over 15 years of commercial and residential real estate accounting experience. Veltre is a licensed certified public accountant. She holds a BA in Mathematics from Kean College, located in Newark, New Jersey and holds a BS in Accounting from Franklin University, located in Columbus, Ohio.

Pat Westerhouse CLS, SCSM, CPA
VP, Property Management | Sarasota
Pat has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Primary experience is shopping center operations including marketing, security, maintenance, merchant relations, budgeting and reporting. Additionally, she has negotiated numerous office and retail leases for both national and local tenants.
Pat serves on the board of directors of the Downtown Improvement District for the City of Sarasota. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Sarasota and National Board of Realtors, American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Deborah Zink

Deborah Zink assumed the leadership of Vice President of Collections in April 1995 and serves as a member of CASTO's operating committee. Deborah has served many roles since joining Casto in 1991. With over a decade of experience, Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to managing the Collections Division. With a staff of five her knowledge and expertise services the Commercial and Residential tenants of Casto.
