Graphic Design Intern

Marketing -- Civic Center Drive

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide graphic design support for CASTO print and digital marketing materials for a wide variety of platforms (i.g. print, social media, website).
2. Work closely with marketing team members, project leaders and stakeholders to ensure creative work delivers on deadline, fulfills business objectives and satisfies the user needs.
3. Monitor and update existing photography in CASTO database.
4. Oversee and maintain marketing department templates and branding.

Management Information Systems -- CASTO Corporate Office

BASIC FUNCTION:
Scan and maintain a wide variety of existing paper and electronic files and documents into the office computer document imaging system.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Verify each piece of paper is a viable electronic image, given the quality of the original and the capability of the equipment, and that each is properly indexed and filed.
2. Assist in setting up new electronic folders and files.

Property Manager

Corporate Commercial -- CASTO Corporate Office

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage the day to day operations of retail shopping centers including all phases of maintenance for buildings and grounds
2. Develop understanding of corporate standards for shopping centers and maintain those standards
3. Vendor management, contract negotiation and enforcement

8. Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed
9. Oversee maintenance at the centers

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial Real Estate or related field

BASIC FUNCTION: Provide maintenance services to the shopping center

1. Check and clean all service yards for loose debris/tenant items.

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for ensuring that the apartment community looks its very best at all times and operates smoothly by performing a variety of tasks including: electrical, light carpentry, HVAC, and plumbing. 1.Perform "punch outs" and "turns".
2.Prioritize and complete work orders within 48-hours.
3.Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.

6.Change Locks.
7.Walk entire grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness (pick up trash, pool area, models, office).
8.Schedule and oversee that all vendor work is completed and meets CASTO expectations of timeliness and quality.
9.Seasonal tasks, including but not limited to: balancing pool chemicals and snow removal.
10.Clean and organize maintenance shop; order parts as needed.
11.Update and verify Unit Status Reports.
12.Update all logs daily (inventory, pool, snow) as needed.
13.Make monthly turn schedule.
14.All other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Knowledge of basic on-the-job safety skills
2.HVAC Certification, preferred
