As a result of our successful experiences in lifestyle projects, Casto's affiliate office based in Sarasota, Florida (formerly Casto Southeast), is charting a new course and will focus its energies and talents on the development of mixed-use lifestyle properties. The new company is called Casto Lifestyle Properties. The new venture will remain clearly focused on retail development, but understanding the added value of mixed-use and the important role it can play in the development of new projects, Casto Lifestyle Properties has expanded its development and construction capabilities to maximize the synergy of various uses, including office and residential.
