Columbus Obstetricians and Gynecologists Expanding into Delaware County

Lease Executed by CASTO’s State Street Capital Realty, LLC & Continental Realty

Columbus, OH — Columbus’ largest independent OB-GYN group, Columbus Obstetricians & Gynecologists, announced today that it plans to open a new practice at State Route-23 and Hidden Ravine Drive in Lewis Center.

“Our physicians and nurse practitioners look forward to providing courteous and quality care for new and existing patients in Lewis Center, Powell, Worthington and Westerville,” said Mark VanMeter, Chief Operating Officer of Columbus OB-GYN.

Sydney Federer of CASTO’s State Street Capital Brokerage and Cory Kooperman of Continental Realty helped the physician’s group identify and lease the space.

Columbus Obstetricians and Gynecologists currently has nine offices in Franklin, Fairfield and Madison Counties, with 17 doctors and three nurse practitioners.
